Flexible Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a 100% full refund.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the pickup time are strictly non-refundable.

Security Deposit

A mandatory security deposit of 2,000 PHP must be paid in cash upon vehicle collection. This will be fully refunded at the end of the rental period, provided the vehicle is returned in the same mechanical and aesthetic condition.

Driver Requirements

Drivers must be at least 23 years old and hold a valid driver's license legally permitted and recognized in the country.

Fuel Policy

The vehicle is delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned completely full (Full-to-Full). Failing to do so will result in a financial penalty deducted directly from the cash security deposit.
